A luxury case with three mythical vintages of Oremus Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos: 1972, 2000 and 2013. A historic vertical tasting, conceived as a collector's piece or an exceptional gift.
A vertical case with three vintages from very different eras: 1972 (the classic Hungarian era), 2000 (Tokaj's modern renaissance) and 2013 (a contemporary example). A unique contrast in a single box.
A collector's case with three legendary vintages of Aszú 5 Puttonyos: a vertical tasting of Tokaj's history. The 1972, half a century old, will be a mahogany liquid of pure evolution —coffee, toasted caramel, walnut, noble varnish and still-lively acidity—; the 2000 will offer the balance point between candied fruit and tertiary notes; and the great 2013 will unfold all the citrus, botrytised energy of an exceptional year. Three ages of the same wine; a cellar piece and a gift hard to match.
Furmint with Hárslevelű and Sárga Muskotály. Botrytised (aszú) grapes.
Each vintage in the case follows traditional ageing in Tokaj oak barrels, with decades of refinement in the case of 1972 and 2000.
Foie gras, blue cheeses, desserts with nuts. Also as a pure tasting experience, vintage by vintage.
8–10 °C. A comparative vertical tasting is recommended, from the youngest to the oldest.
